What time do Sunday services start?

Sunday morning services begin at 9:30 AM in Holy Trinity, Trefnant and 11:15 AM in Corpus Christi, Tremeirchion. Forest Church on the 3rd Sunday of the month in Corpus Christi Churchyard starts at 3:30 PM.

On the 5th Sunday of a month we have a joint MA Service which may not be in either Trefnant or Tremeirchion. Check our Facebook page for details.

How can I book a wedding ceremony?

You can book a wedding ceremony by contacting Rev’d Rebecca. All her contact details are on the Contact Us page. In 2026 it costs £600-700 to get married in church. We are also happy to provide a ceremony to bless weddings and civil partnerships.

How can I book a Christening/Baptism ceremony?

You can book a Christening by contacting Rev’d Rebecca. All her contact details are on the Contact Us Page. We do not charge to have a Christening service.

Are donations accepted online?

Yes, donations can be made online for Trefnant

and for Corpus Christi Tremeirchion

It costs nearly £500 a week to keep a church open and active so we are grateful for every donation however big or small.

Where can I find information on upcoming events?

Details about upcoming events are shared under the ‘Events’ section on this website and on our Facebook page.

How accessible are your churches?

Trefnant Church has a small step into the porch, a portable ramp is stored in the porch. Inside pews have been removed at the back so carers can sit alongside wheelchairs. There is a T Loop system. The toilet is disabled friendly.

Tremeirchion Church has more steps for entry. There are ramps stored inside and we can help on a Sunday. There is less room to manoeuvre inside. There is no toilet on the premises but we can use one in the Old School on Sundays (and for weekend weddings). There is a T Loop system.

Are children welcome?

Children are welcome in all our services. If you don’t expect your child to sit quietly all the time at home, we don’t expect them to in church either. God’s house is your house so please feel welcome and comfortable. There are lots of toys and craft materials at the back of Trefnant for you to use either in the children’s corner or back at your pew and you are welcome to breast feed – make use of the comfy sofa if you want to.

We hold some specific children’s activities. Prayers and Create on the 3rd Monday in Trefnant at 3:30 for under 11s (children must be accompanied by an adult) and Family Worship on the 1st Sunday at 11:15 in Tremeirchion. We have recently stopped our Prayers and Bears service for Toddlers, but if you would be interested in us starting it back up again please do be in touch.

Do you have a toilet?

There is a toilet in the back of Trefnant church. If you face the rear of the church, there is a toilet on the right hand side behind the wooden panels. If you are passing you are welcome to pop in and use it – just please leave it clean and tidy behind you. There is a baby changing area inside. Please can you take any dirty nappies and place them in the grey bin outside in the churchyard.

There is no toilet available at Corpus Christi, Tremeirchion. During weddings/weekend services we try to open up the adjoining Old School building, but this building is in use by the Cylch on a weekday.
