DESCRIPTION:Singing psalms is commanded by God. It is part of a life filled with the Holy Spirit. We join our voices\nwith Christ\, our heavenly Worship Leader. If doctrine strengthens our minds\, psalm-singing fortifies\nour hearts. Do not imagine the gentle singing of a choir in a cathedral. Picture an army preparing for\nbattle. Jesus is the Lion of Judah and this will be a day to roar the psalms.\nThis is a day for everyone – whether or not you call yourself ‘musical’. We will be singing the psalms in\na variety of styles. The emphasis is on enthusiastic participation rather than musical perfection. No\nprior knowledge of music is required; once you have booked you will be given exclusive access to a\nPsalm Learning Page to help you prepare. As we gather to sing the psalms you will be encouraged and\nemboldened by the power of the words and the strength of the singing. \nThere will be regular breaks through the day. Please bring your own packed lunch. We suggest a donation\nof £10-£15 per adult to cover costs. Children are encouraged to attend and there is no cost for them.
